We have included every ribosomal protein in the crystal structures, but not accessory proteins. Generic contacts with the rRNA are colored. These contacts are defined as distances within 3.4Å. Selecting a protein will show the selected protein in Jmol. Filtering protein contacts by type or some other variable will be a future feature.
